Congratulations to Diego Garcy as the first ever winner of Mister Supranational 2016. He is the first contender from Mexico who won the first edition of Mister Supranational. Diego Garcy is now the pioneer of the new male pageant as the new face of Mister Supranational that will serve as an ambassador for the World Beauty Association. As the new titleholder of Mister Supranational, the new winner will start to reign for at least one year, if it is an annual format of the male pageant until the next edition of Mister Supranational will take place sometime next year.
Mister Supranational 2016 is the first ever edition of the pageant as organized by the World Beauty Association. Since beauty pageants around the world are slowly dominating the world of entertainment and television industry, this is the time for the organizers to create something special about this male pageant. Mister Supranational is the opposite counterpart of Miss Supranational that started 7 years ago. The World Beauty Association is now aiming to take a bite from the piece of cake shared by Miss World, and Miss International who also have their respective male pageant counterparts that are also held internationally.

Diego Garcy from Mexico bested 39 other candidates from around the world who traveled to Poland to compete for the first edition of Mister Supranational 2016. Since Diego is the winner of the first edition of Mister Supranational, coming of as the second place or the first runner-up is Johnny Gaspart from Belarus who is also proclaimed as the internet voting winner. The second runner-up is Jitesh Thakur from India. The third runner-up is Bruno Vanin from Brazil, and the Fourth runner-up is Catalin Brinza from Romania.
Prior to the finals night of the male pageant, Miss Supranational 2016 was also held in the same place. Srinidhi Shetty from India is the second woman from her country to win Miss Supranational 2016. The reigning Miss Supranational along with other runner-ups attended the event and some awarded the winner of Mister Supranational 2016 that was held in Krynica-Zdroj, Poland. Both winners of Mister and Miss Supranational will now travel around the world together to strengthen the legacy of World Beauty Associattion.

The female counterparts of Mister Supranational delegates supported the candidates who also represented their country. The power of moral support strengthened the confidence of male contestants who were supported by the female contestants from the same country to help them represent their country very well during the final's night. Whether if their candidate made or may not made it to the semifinalist spot, they will still accompany each other whenever they will travel back to their respective countries after the conclusion of the pageant.
The winner of Mister Supranational will be given a cash prize believed to be amounting to $20,000 in US currency. The runner-ups will be also given cash prizes, but it is lower than the total amount that was given to the winner of Mister Supranational 2016. All candidates are given with certificate of attendance or participation to officially recognize them as part of the pageant. This is also applied for special award winners to take home some cash prize, sash, plaque, and another certificate from the World Beauty Association, which is the official organizer of Mister Supranational 2016.
