At the crime scene, the victim was intentionally pulled out from her vehicle and then placed a tag on her body. The tag was captioned "This is a warning to other celebrities who will be tipped using, distributing, and involved in illegal trafficking will be the next one to be executed". Aurora's death is a stern warning that whoever will be caught linked with illegal trade will be immediately neutralized.<br />

 According to the spokesperson of Quezon City Police Chief, Aurora was believed supplying party narcotics to celebrities. Police Chief Guillermo Eleazar says that Aurora's activities were previously reported by tipsters, which is a part of the anti-narcotics campaign by President Rodrigo Duterte. The Quezon City Police Department is currently investigating the crime scene to determine other motives behind the killings of Aurora Moynihan.<br />

Former Philippine Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago is currently confined in a private room of St. Luke's Global in Taguig City. She is now undergoing treatment to further cure her lung cancer disease that has been affecting her health since 2014 before running for the President of the Philippines this year. Miriam's family, friends, and relatives hope that Miriam's prognosis improves for the next days after her recent treatment and will be discharged in the health facility in Taguig City where she was previously confined.<br />

Contrasting to other news, Miriam Defensor-Santiago is not admitted in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) that was previously reported to the public earlier by other sources to the public. This was the confirmation of Mechel Santiago, which is the daughter-in-law of the Filipina politician. In addition to Mechel's statement, she is thanking the public for respecting their family's privacy in the meantime. The family of Miriam will soon provide an update with regards to her condition after her therapy session at St. Lukes Global in Taguig City.<br />

Mechel indicated that although she is currently undergoing an intensive treatment to battle against her cancer, Miriam still loves her supporters and followers.
