Have you seen a leader who tries to do gullible things in front of his constituents? Well, he is the least person whom you've thought who can do such things from his random ideas just to give a whole new humor, which could lighten up your day. This is the most unusual for the head of the Philippine National Police chief to be jolly as he wears a wig and then shows it on social media websites. The PNP chief attempted to lift up the humor of our netizens by trying to do something that is the opposite of what the public knows about him.
Ronald Dela Rosa or "Bato" surprised the public when he wears a wig or a synthetic hair. Upon publishing his two photos on his official facebook page named as "The official Facebook page of PDG Ronald Bato Dela Rosa", it suddenly became viral. As based on his two photos, he was wearing a white colored polo long-sleeve-shirt and poses in front of the camera while wearing the wig. The wig covered his entire scalp, making him looking a little bit different from his original appearance as what the public used to recognize him.

As based on his photos from his official Facebook page account, Ronald Dela Rosa is asking Senator Leila Delima to choose who among him and Aguirre is more handsome. PNP Chief General Ronald Dela Rosa is referring to the current Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II. The photo and the caption made a viral attention to social media websites. The pair of photos escalated positive remarks for those netizens who saw the pictures of bubbly PNP Chief Bato Dela Rosa. As of 5:00 in the afternoon of October 14, 2016, the post already gained more than 20K likes, 3,000 shares, and more than a thousand comments.
Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre was initially commented by Senator Leila Delima regarding his hairstyle. DeLima was quick to comment that Vitaliano Aguirre is obviously wearing a wig due to his stressful work at the office. However, Vitaliano Aguirre responded to Delima, saying that he may have already losing his hair but he is not yet losing his mind. Both Delima and Aguirre's stormy relationship obviously caught the attention of PNP Chief Ronald Dela Rosa. This is the reason why he was inspired to wear a wig.
There were mixed reactions commented by the netizens from the published photos of PNP Chief Bato Dela Rosa. On the positive side, Bato Dela Rosa appeared younger than his usual skin-head look. Some netizens wished that they should also see PNP Chief with a hair so that they could see the difference. Others say that he completely look different, but seeing him with a hair is a good thing because it can further boost his confidence by looking different.
On the negative side, there were netizens who were not satisfied by PNP Chief's new appearance as they saw him wearing a wig from his social media account. They say that they prefer to see him his natural look because it makes him appear to look clean that is compatible with his profession as the general of the police force in the Philippines. And other netizens were not totally into PNP chief's new look because he looks older than his natural appearance.
Both Delima and Aguirre are currently trading barbs against each other due to the issue of extrajudicial killings. Delima has been issuing an intense investigation against President Rodrigo Duterte over his campaign against shutting down illegal narcotics trafficking across the country. Delima is now experimenting to file a charge against the President that will test the validity of his immunity even if he is the current head of state. However, the president's allies were quick to block her agenda to prevent any destabilization against his government.
Leila Delima is a Filipino politician in the Philippines. She was elected last May 9, 2016, during the national elections in her country by garnering 14 million votes. She was the outgoing Justice Secretary who was appointed by President Benigno Aquino in July of 2010. Delima was succeeded by Vitaliano Aguirre II who is currently appointed by President Rodrigo Duterte.
Senator Leila De Lima is now in hot waters after the present government administration found anomalies with regards to the past management of Bureau of Corrections. This is in connection with the wide-range of scandals and illegal activities happening inside the National Bilibid Prison, which is the largest incarceration facility in the Philippines.
Delima is also heavily criticized by netizens in social media because of her persistent justification of human rights violations against the Duterte administration. She is an advocate for human rights, aiming to fight for those apprehended individuals who were mislabeled by the authorities. In addition, Delima aims to fight against unjustified executions of random suspected dealers and users of illegal narcotics that generated an international outcry.
But going back to the question, who is more handsome among the two? Is it PNP Chief Ronaldo Dela Rosa? Or Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II?
